Have problem with one of the "flavors" in Roland's...

Have problem with one of the "flavors" in Roland's--this bottle, lot 161304: the "red" ones taste like some plastic tasting material was mixed in. Tried to call the phone #on this site, 3x told that "call cannot be completed".
