They may be fine for making policies, but they DO NOT answer their phones for death claims. I stayed on the line for 30 minutes. If you leave a message about a claim they DO NOT return calls....ever. If there was a zero, I would give them that. Once someone passes away it is hard enough to deal with those changes. But by not getting responses from those holding the decreases funds, that is very bad business. A letter states they will get back with you in 15 days. It has been almost 30. They finally recently got in touch with me about the policy. So I will increase their review rating. I hope they begin by answering their phones to everyone and build strength in their company again
