I originally gave a 5 star just to be respectful even though it was a bad buying experience. Now I ve called several times to Jason Worley with sales in regards to a second key to our Jeep as well as a manual and no response.
If no second key, fine but can t even call back!!? And the most rude Financial guy as well. Pretty much told us if we didn t buy the extended warranty our Jeep will fall apart. Said they had a very busy service area bc their jeeps fall apart all the time. WOW!! Never been told that by a sales guy about there own product.
