Not the first time I've been to this hotel and all I can say is WOW. It has literally gone down the drain in front of my eyes. Not sure if Covid cost it. But definitely not what it used to be. The hallway to my room was had a bad moldy smell. Like the rug was wet and they never dried it or maybe they had water damage or something... Idk I'm just trying to justify why it's so bad but can't. Now to the room, Iit was not clean probably before I got there, there was hair on the soap dispenser, hand towel and bed. Lastly my bed wasn't changed when I got back to my room, only thing they did was change the towels and cleaned out the trash. OH and on the website they are offering complimentary breakfast but really it's Jimmy dean microwaveable breakfast. Not sure of covid related but think they need to change that.
