Service was friendly and room was nice. Down sides to the hotel is the beds are ungodly comfortable and the internet is not reliable at all. I guess I don t understand why a hotel in this location, with the crazy number of people in Grand Rapids, would offer free WiFi, when it is slow and drops service 80% of the time. With the going rates for a single bed room alone, you would think that with some of that income you can provide a steady and reliable internet service. Another thing that I turned my head at was the shower head. I stand about 5 11 , and the shower head was below my chest when I stood in the shower.
