One star, only because Sierra was a five star work...

One star, only because Sierra was a five star worker. Her work on my eyebrows was lovely and she was absolutely delightful! However, Lisa did my sister s blue-colored hair and she was absolutely unprofessional. My mom and I sat by very uncomfortably while Lisa repetitively yanked my little sister s hair so hard that she was on the verge of tears, and she refused to give her a hair dry after hurrying/messing up the dye job simply so she could go home (she told us she didn t have the professional time to do what my sister scheduled, but she was leaving as we were also leaving). She gave such poor service and left my 13 year old sister in tears after her very first salon appointment. I have never had such a poor salon experience.
