Overall experience was wonderful. However, working with finance person Andrew Gray was a bit frustrating. Left 6 messages about our new car loan with no return calls. It wasn't until we physically went back to Mossy on August 19 and spoke to Chris Keppel that we were able to resolve our issue in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Chris! You rock and deserve 5 stars!
