I left an important item needed for my surgery in my room around check out time. I ran back upstairs immediately after noticing and my item had been snatched up within the 5 mins I went downstairs. I tried to ask about it but couldn t wait because I would ve missed my flight. I called and asked for the item which they had in the lost and found but now they are telling me I need to pay for the shipping and box in which the parcel will be shipped in. The pillow is $59 but the cost of everything will be more than that. Now I am out of out luck and I m pain because they won t even offer to help.
