Calling the hotline, you cannot learn anything from this lady (Polish). He cannot give any information by answering only: "please follow what is written on the website or write an email". I replied that no one replies to the email and that's why I called. And nothing. Zero any reliable retort. You don't even know what's on the website, you don't have any knowledge about dealing with matters at the embassy and you probably don't know why it is there and answers the phone. And when I finally got a reply to the email after a week, it sounded like this: "please try the procedure"! Haha ot help !!! Outrageous. Who works there ?!
