Michael was not very welcoming upon check in. I was in the middle of conversation with him when a group of Chinese women/flight attendants wearing face mask. Michael begin catering to these foreigners just leaving me standing there. When I tried speaking to him he totally ignored my questions. After checking into my room I received a phone call asking if everything was okay. I walked down to the bar/restaurant located downstairs. The guy behind the bar was not very welcoming or friendly towards me. I would smile and try to engage in conversation with him. He was very short in his answer to my question. I was really disappointed being that I am Hilton Honor member. I could have choose several other hotels in the area but choose this one due to my relationship in the past with Hilton.
