I cannot express enough my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Malik for saving my dog's life and to all the amazing staff at this clinic for their hard work and dedication. Approximately 4 months ago my 6 year old dog Daisy collapsed and since my regular vet was not open I brought her to the emergency clinic. I was greeted by Jess who could see how distraught I was. She was so kind and compassionate. After a series of tests it was diagnosed that Daisy had a very serious disease...IMHA. Her chances of survival were 50/50. Dr. Malik met with me and we discussed my options and he gave me time to think about how I wanted to proceed. When I returned a treatment plan was discussed and immediately started and so I left Daisy in their care. They assured me that if there were any changes in her condition they would call me and that I could call at anytime to check on her. They also allowed me to come and visit with her as much as I wanted and so I saw first hand the love and care given to Daisy and all pets in their care. There have been a few ups and downs with her recovery and even though I lost hope at times that she would beat this disease, Dr. Malik always remained positive and optimistic. Dr. Malik's love for animals is very evident. Even on his days off he would call the clinic to see how Daisy was doing. He also offered 24 hour boarding while I was at work at a reasonable cost during a period where Daisy needed monitoring and medication given. Daisy is currently at home on a treatment plan and although she is still on the road to a full recovery she is like a totally different dog from when I first brought her in...full of life and energy. I feel very blessed and cherish every day I am given with her. If I could give this clinic 10 stars I would!
