Unfortunately the attitude, service and quality, during this week was mediocre!
Food: served in the room and with poor quality, not in accordance with Fasano standard. Examples: dry, roasted and tasteless chicken; vodka pasta looks like pasta and cheese.
Values too high, for a mediocre little life.

Common areas with restriction and very weak and flawed service.
Example:
You cannot drink a bottle of water in the pool.
Children cannot eat a snack ...

At the time of booking and collection, they did not inform about the restrictions, only 1 week before, when we asked about it!
