I live in SC, formerly from Binghamton NY. I came in for a visit from SC. Very anxious to visit Susan Jablon studio. I had called her studio before my visit and was told I could come and see the showroom. When in town I called her business, no answer. Checked her website: hours of operation 8:30 to 4:00. Called several times during the day, drove to her business, knocked on her door. No lights on, no answer at her door. Called again and again, finally around 3:00 in the afternoon someone answered the phone. Was told that I had to have an appointment. Nothing on her website had any of this information. Was also told that the facility was a manufacturing site.
Based on what I was told before I came into town and what I witnessed when I was in town was two different stories. I am a Mosaic artist and was looking forward to finding some tile to finish a project that I was working on. Too bad for me.
