There is a woman by the name of Rachel that works for this firm. He has no customer service skills and doesn t allow the customer to talk she talks over them each time and doesn t allow them to explain what is going on with their situation. In the end I asked her what is the name of the company and hang the phone up so I can put my reviews I can t deal with a company that doesn t allow the customer to speak let alone explain the situation this is disgusting very unprofessional. Each time I was explaining my situation she was patronising by calling me my last name and talking over me which I found very rude I have now found another solicitors what deal with housing and I will be spreading this housing along Twitter and Facebook to let customers know what this was all about I sure will not be using this fan ever again and will be sharing this on Facebook and Twitter for people to know. Rachel you need retraining and you need to learn how to talk to people
