Airline lands on time, but the airport stingy at the ground staff -> 20min wait for buses. 03.11.2018- we are already over 40 minutes on the luggage belt and the bags are just Kleckerweise.
Bottomless insolence, outrageous and unprofessional. I was in third world countries where it works better and faster.
Management has definitely missed its job - please do something you can do. That's unbearable !!!
