What a terrible hotel and terrible experience - i am a Hilton honors diamond status which is the highest and i booked 2 executives rooms which have terrible smell and the management was not being able to do anything and they told me stories about the tide and the sun which nothing of them made sense ..... tried to speak to the Hilton honors and none has been able to handle my complain ..... bad quality service !
