I called these people to get a mutilated check rep...

I called these people to get a mutilated check replaced. I authenticated mu ID and they were able to find my file. They confirmed that the check I had was mailed to my address. I requested that they re-issue me a replacement because the check was mutilated. they refused to replace my check, until I mail back the mutilated check in the mail!! Why would they want to was time and money by using the postal service???? A cancelled check would never clear the USA's banking system. What a WASTE of TIME and PHONE CALL! Someone needs to teach them how checking accounts works. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO ENCOUNTER THEM AGAIN!!
