I have been dealing with this horrible excuse for a medical clinic since 2014. I have never been impressed, but today sets a new low in the bar. I came in for my DOT physical. This usually takes 45 to 90 mins including all the paperwork that has to be done 1st. Today, it took 30 mins to get up to the receptionist...from 2nd in line. Once checked in the wait was well over 2 hours to get seen. Needless to say, after that kind of wait, I was starving, thirsty, and had a wicked headache. I am SO not impressed.
