Jay was very easy to work with. He was quick to answer any questions that I had. It seemed that he was "always on duty" as many times he responded to my emails after business hours, one time in particular was a Saturday night at 8pm! This certainly was not expected, but was appreciated. Jay was friendly and very professional, always giving information that I understood. This was the second time that we have worked with Jay and we would most certainly do it again. We would feel very confident to recommend Jay to our family and friends.
