While the front desk staff is warm, welcoming and helpful, the housekeeping and breakfast staff members have little customer service training. At least one housekeeper prevented guests from using the elevator despite there being enough space. One member of the breakfast staff (an older woman with white hair), on multiple occasions, got between guests and the breakfast bar, causing hungry guests to have to wait to get food. Some members of the breakfast staff were also slow to replenish various offerings, in particular the warm options (sausage, bacon, eggs).
The room:
One side of the bed was tilted downward, making sleeping difficult and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat, thin, and hard, causing a stiff neck in the morning. Neither the coffeepot nor the lamp worked.
