Thank you for letting me know you are going to make the room/shower safe, before renting it out again. It's nice to know you do care about guest safety. Because of that, I will bump you up another star.

Safety should always come first. The handicap accessible room is not safe. The bathroom floods due to unfortunate slopes. It looks new, but it is just slightly off. The water runs down the grout between the tiles. The water floods the beautiful tile after running the grout lines. However, the tile is extremely slippery when wet.
If it is new flooring, get them back to fix for free.
When I reported to the front desk, she indicated that they already knew of the issue, and just shrugged it off. Literally. I asked if she knew it made the floor slippery. She said yes.
It seems they were knowingly endangering people of fall risk. No warnings. I will say they have the room almost completely wrapped with grab bars. It is still not a safe situation. The only help we got was an armload of towles to clean up the floor after another shower flooded water to the otherside room. We tried to stem the flow of water with a rolled up towel. Of course, it did not work. But it's all we had, so we tried.
I did give 2 stars because the everything thing else was 5 star.
