First class service. Friendly, considerate and professional staff. Medical matters are always explained clearly and my dog, Rowan receives a very warm reception each time we visit. In fact, he loves the staff to bits in his own rather inscrutable (typical greyhound) manner. He s had all sorts of close encounters with cars, doors and so on and has received impeccable care for every ailment or illness and the service has always felt very personalised and attentive.
