I don't normally share bad reviews however my experience of dealing with this company is nothing short of atrocious. I ordered 2 tully pedestal units. waited nearly 2 weeks & when arrived & unpacked they were the wrong units! Emails & 2 calls later (1 cut off after waiting on hold for 20 m) & still have to wait another 7-10 working days! Weak apology saying 'no problem' well, maybe not for them but it is for me & very time consuming. Recommend you purchase from somewhere else!
