The people are friendly and helpful in explaining anything you may not understand. I took my SantaFe in for routine maintenance. The service agent was helpful in getting Hyundai to cover some items that were broken. They furnished a shuttle to and from my office downtown. My ticket was higher than I thought it would but essential problems need to be repaired. Pleased with the one day turnaround.
