My family has patronized many medical facilities over the years and the staff at UMROI are the best, most caring, most polite, helpful and kind I have ever dealt with. We spent three days on the EMU and let me tell you some of the finest healthcare professionals I have ever met. Sherah, Deb, Mary and all of the staff are so kind and caring. When you walk the halls people greet you. By the second day in the cafeteria everyone is asking you how it's going and giving well wishes. I don't know what produces the kind of compassion and dedication I saw there, but I wish there was more of it going around! UMROI EMU you have our deep gratitude for your service and dedication, but most of all for your compassion and kindness.
