Unfortunately this place doesn't hire the brightes...

Unfortunately this place doesn't hire the brightest people; every time I have to go there I know they will waste my time and do things incorrectly.

What should take no more than 10 minutes, takes them several days to complete.

In many cases I have to deal with several people because (although they all work at the same office), they have a single person / department for every little thing you need to do.

And Bernie wants the government to take over our Healthcare system !!!
