1st let me say to anyone who has ever had a bad experience please go back ozzy greeted me with a ear to ear smile #1 respect to my hubby and kids a wonderful sence of humor just a great human being well while checking inn we received champagne and oranges while my kids were eating cookies and drinking water with sliced limes and lemons in the containers and they had fruit punch.the kids also were bz looking at a small arcade when i was checking in also. Well the resort is also remodeling with all new rooms which ozzy did give us one of those took but when we went into the room it wasnt cleaned yet but no. But no worries ozzy was there to the rescue and put us into a lovely remodeled room again thanks ozzy plus the only thing that wasn't good was next to check in ther is a time share table to sign up for a tour in 90 mins well joshua told my kids while me and my hubby go on the tour my kids could play XBOX PLAYStation and on the park so on well we get to the tour and nothing was there for kids so unhappy about the tour but verry happy about my stay the coco key resort and water park
