Worthless delivery service in Amsterdam! My package would be delivered on Thursday, if I then call at the end of the day or my package is coming, I get to hear that the driver has not been able to finish his route. The next day, this driver was unable to complete his route again. I make a new appointment with the customer service after the weekend, and unfortunately no package. As an answer .. he has not been able to finish his route .. If I ask why the next day the route does not start where the driver has finished they are told that they do not know if there is something serious with the driver happens that it is that day is not delivered ..
