Ok so I am not gonna give a 1 because I had a great experience at this hospital when I had my son, but a couple weeks ago I had to rush my husband To the emergency room with exacerbation of kidney stones and while waiting, by the way, for a long time, considering the waiting area was empty, we see a mouse walking around the waiting area. Now to me that's unacceptable , thats a sanitation issue that needs to be dealt with asap . I made the triage person aware, but he did not seem concerned. not really sure Monmouth hospital will be my first option anymore, because if you are seeing rats walking around inside the waiting area during day light, I am sure there is an infestation going on. This is a HOSPITAL, the last thing you should see is rodents.
