I had an unusual plumbing problem, and they came right at the start of their two hour window which was nice as I had work from home I had to do. After indicating what the problem/likely solution was, the guy left and said he would be in touch when he got the part/approval. He was back 20 mins later ready to go! All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and it solved my issue. I was able to get back to work and it did not disrupt my day. :)
