I stayed for two nights and when I checked out I was charged for two nights plus a SEPARATE additional fee for $37.85 that I did not incur. I did not charge any incidentals to my room or make any phone calls . I didn't even drink one of the $5 bottles of water . After calling several times to resolve this issue "Emily" told me that she had no record of my stay although I gave her a confirmation number. Now it is on me to show proof of this additional charge. This is unacceptable considering my stay is less than 30 days old. Watch out for the hidden fees after you check out. Two stars
