Words cannot describe how disappointed and mad I am with Rock Auto's customer service!!!! After already ordering parts, which their website said were all in stock, I get a call the next saying that "unfortunately one of the parts you ordered is no longer in stock, and we are sorry for the inconvience". I follow the instructions and change my order for a upgraded part, a whole $2.79 difference, then following the page down, I see that it is going to cost an additional $192.00 just for shipping. I call in and the customer representative tells me, I would have to pay for the additional shipping because some of my parts have already been shipped out causing a third location to have to ship the part. All because their website was not up to date! If the website had been correct I would have upgraded the part last night and only paid $10.00 more in shipping from this third location. But because they were wrong I have to pay an extra $192.00, I don't think so! I could understand paying that much for a part if the part was better quality, but RockAuto is cheap and cheaply made sheet metal and parts, and when I was originally buying this part for $90.00, and now being told I would be paying nearly $282.00 for the same part because of their error. That is beyond awful customer service!!!
