Horrible customer service, refused to take a part ...
Horrible customer service, refused to take a part back that their catalogue was wrong on. Part was new, unused in original packaging. Filed dispute with paypal and got my money back after i shipped back the part. Few months later went to place an order and they refused to ship the new order unless i pay for a part that is in their possession. Their beef is with paypal not me. Customer service reps were rude to me. First time in over 10 years of doing business with them i had a problem and they handled it poorly. First email they sent me they confirmed with their supplier that it would fit my vehicle then they changed there words after i proved that the part was different.
