Steven Willand is hard to do business with. They don t have anything in stock when you need it. They expect you to warehouse your equipment and have enough for the year. Service is a joke. The service manager makes you feel like an idiot. I switched brands just so I didn t have to deal with GC. My TM was awesome but then they fired him. They lost several lines. This company won t be here in the future. They tried selling me a trip to Disney World if I took their old inventory of Quick-Cats which had rust and mouse dirt all over them. Stay away from this company!!
