Our Second floor AC unit stopped working on Thursday late afternoon. I called A#1, whom we have been using as AC peovidor for the last 10-11 years, in our current and privious home. Coustomer service representative was polite, friendly, and clear as usual. It was late afternoon, therefore technician could make it only on the following morning. My husband was informed via email about time, personal information and picture of the technician. He arrived on time, wore plastic on his shoes, and after checking detected a clog in pipe leading from AC to sink. He used special liquid to unclog, sucked water with small vacuum, and replaced the pipe attachment to the sink. AC started to work. Technician was very polite, tried to answerall All my questions, but apparently did not understand my English, said that "My English and his English are not the same", and I got unclear answers, especially regarding waving the service fee from the actual work fee that was charged. When I asked if it's waved, he answered "yes", but when he charged me, it was added. I trust the company, and was disappointed, but did not argue.
On Saturday afternoon, AC stopped working again. My husband called Coustomer service and was told that they will contact us around 10am on Sunday morning. We did not get a call at 10:am, and when I called I was told that Nate is our technichian, starts working at 12:00pm, and we are second on his list. Nate spend some time in our house in April 2017, solving a problem of insufficient air flow in 2 rooms, and did a wonderful job. Nate arrived around 1:00pm, detected that the clog was still there. This time he used a different equipment to unclog, replaced the too thin pipe from AC to sink with a thicker and clear one. ( Drove quickly to buy the pipe). He was very curtaiz, friendly, knowlagable, answered ALL of my husband's questions, and noted, before we mentioned it, that we were not going to be charged for this visit, since it's the same problem that was not solved. AC started to work again, and we are thankful to Nate, his professionalism, and efficiency . Apart of the poor service visit prior to Nate's arrival, we are very pleased with A#1 service, reliability, time of response, and technichian's quality of work.
