I decided to build a home with Terrace WA after dealing with Grant Hayes from the Ellenbrook Terrace show homes. Grant has made the whole experience of dealing with Terrace WA a pleasure and easy as a mother of 3 young children Grant has been accomodating and has helped me to make an informed decision and what is best for me and my children while not compromising on quality and what I want in a home. Grant from Terrace WA is always prompt and backs up his word through action, delivering on what he says every time. From dealing with the house itself through to the finance and land developer I have been assisted through this entire process by Grant which has made it fun and easy for me. I can't recommend Terrace WA who not only have quality homes but it shows in the quality of their staff who are real people who are genuine and care.
