Came here for an appointment that I had been anxious about and explained I suffer with anxiety and was extreme stressed, arrived and was told it needed to be re-scheduled due to an emergency. I had been waiting for this appointment for weeks. The receptionist just sat there when I walked in and said we a changing everyone s appointment, they had my details but couldn t ring me to inform me?
