I've applied and received an email about taking a test. I went up there, there was a "woman" that needs customer service skills training. It seems she didn't want me to get the job anyway. Everything was hand written.The test was timed and she gave another test (personality test) which is in a binder and I had to circle the answer with a washable marker. ( For all I know she could of erase my answers and spin it her way.)Then the paper application. It took me almost an hour to finish all of it. A week later, I received in my mailbox a letter stated that I didn't get the job. Of course, I didn't get the job.You have a secretary, ( Not Human Resource or Hiring Manager) handling the job applicants. It was a waste of time and gas. The resume should be enough. Next time, you want to move forward with the applicant either schedule an interview with a hiring manager or have a testing site where an actual hiring manager is conducting it.
