Posh but still pockets of rudeness. I'll start by saying that most of the staff are professional and courteous. However, I expect every single one of them be that way in a Ritz hotel. Unfortunately, I found that this is not the case when I was approached by security whilst taking a photo of myself and a friend of mine in a quiet area in the lobby. Breakfasts are very good, particularly if blinis with caviar are your thing. Gym is rather small, but most of the standart equipment is there. SPA is pleasant and quiet on a working day evening. Novikov restaurant is good for asian cuisine. I would give 4/5 stars for most other hotel, but for the "Ritz" experience it was somewhat underwhelming.
