Stay away from this company. They have absolutely no configuration management in place for their software. 2 of their people developing software do not even have engineering degrees. It s a small company developed from inbreeds from the parent company "ECI" whom will despise you from the start and make your life difficult and not be willing you to show you or train you. The Presidents girlfriend is the lead engineer there so you can forget about trying to make any changes to their philosophy and you will just have to live with their mediocre software logic. I came from designing complicated Nuclear Control Systems and a guy with not even an engineering degree had the nerve to want to peer check my every move and question me and my work.
Stay away, Stay far away from this place.
