I am a regular customer of The Gazelle Group and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the product selection is decent. However, their customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Overall, The Gazelle Group is an average company with room for improvement.
