This is the second time getting a new vehicle from Shottenkirk Chevrolet in Waukee. I contacted Josie Morin, whom I purchased my vehicle from the first time, now the second time. Josie is the best in making one feel at ease and listens to your needs. This dealership knows how to do it right! Brian Benson the Finance Manager made my wife and I feel at ease. He explained the whole process purchasing the vehicle with simple talk and answered
all our questions. The dealership has a great Service Department. The service people are awesome from getting your oil changed to getting your vehicle serviced. You are always greeted at the door with a smile and hand shake welcoming you to Shottenkirk Chevrolet.
