Highly Unprofessional in Organizing Trainings!

I booked the CSM training with them here in Toronto, and I was leading a group of 5 people who on my behalf booked this training with them.

We all had schedule our bussiness routine and travelling around this training, then all of a sudden 2 days ago we got the news from them, that this training has been cancelled and has been reschedule to another date, on which we were not free.

When we asked for the refund, they said it will take a lot of days to get the refund etc. and we should take this training on upcoming available days. When we said we cant, they come up with a new plan and dates which also was not appropriate as per our schedule because it was not easy for us to do training on weekdays, on which they told me if I made the whole group ready for weekday training, they will give a $50 refund to everyone in my group (5 people).

I talked to all of them and told them about this offer, on which they all agreed. But later after the training not only me but all other group members are still waiting for that REFUND.

First they made us all get the training on weekdays, as all the venue bookings and travelling are cheap for them on weekdays. On there website they attract people with WEEKEND Training, and later after getting the FEE, they made you come at WEEKDAYS.

Second, you will not get the REFUNDS as per there commitment.
