I will never return, worst customer service ever

As there doesn't seem to be the facility for replying to your response I'll do it by editing my review.
Areas for improvement :
1. Take ownership of the problem, don't blame your supplier or your own circumstances
2. Keep the promises you make, don't just conveniently forget them once you have the customer's money
