The service was excellent. The guy at the front desk got us into a suite for no extra charge because my wife and I had just gotten married. He sent complimentary deserts for us that were of impeccable taste. Everything was great until my wife had seen a 145$ charge to her account. It was just a misunderstanding because of the website we used, but we got it all cleared up. Also it's not the Hard Rock Hotel anymore it's Zoso I believe. But still a nice place just without the memorabilia.
