They are trying to be 5 stars but they are not 5 star! bad service! they told that the room would be ready by 4:00pm! They had me wait 45mins in the lobby with no internet! and then gave me a bad red wine bottle that put me to sleep after having one glass. They greet you at the front dest with a glass of "Champagne" it is not "Champagne" it is sparking cheap wine from California. Please correct that! oh! and after you leave they fit you with a 59$ hotel fee.........Thank you so much for the 5 star service.
