My dentist recommended ACT Anti-cavity rinse 6 or 7 years ago. I have had 1 tiny (no novacain necessary) cavity since then. I like the taste and the results.

The one thing I don't like is the method of delivery of the liquid into my mouth. Formerly, the bottle contained a straw mechanism. When I squeezed the bottle a little, the liquid was forced up the straw into the neck of the bottle. Tip the bottle up and that liquid poured into my mouth. No cup to fill or wash when done.
