Nurses were great! Doctors were great!
The fact that a state nurse has NO help at night was very upsetting. Where are the nurses that actually work here during the night? I mean really? So, if 2 of her patients goes into distress at the same time, is she to decide with one needs he more. During the day they have students, they have aides, but it seems these state night shift nurses are thrown to the wolves. Don't get me started on the respiratory therapist. He came in, my dad was on the pot, 3 and 1/2 hours later, he's still a no show!
I had to clean my dad pot myself, because these nurses are all alone here, and they need to be taking care of patients, y'all should really consider hiring some aides!
