Carr Golf's accommodation services leave a lot to be desired. Upon arrival at the holiday home the property was found to be in a poor condition with dust, leaves, and cobwebs littering the building. We also had difficulty in physically entering the property as the front door lock was literally hanging from the door, which required us to call a locksmith. Further to this there was a number of minor issues that compounded our troubles and made our stay, on balance, a very disappointing one.

All of these issues were brought to the attention of Carr Golf's representative who, when they finally responded, drew up a laundry list of retorts and defenses, seemingly without recognising the basic fact that we were unhappy with our stay, and proclaimed our complaints as not being genuine. 1900 for one week in a two bedroom property and this is what you get?

For an organisation that claims to "understand the value of reputation, integrity and trust," they did a poor job of presenting any of these in a positive light. Certainly not an organisation we will entertain visiting again.
