I stayed for 4 days and the hotel accomplished the goal I had for not which was a comfortable and convenient stay. But the room in the the south tower I received was grossly inadequate. The room was in need of new furniture (you could see the wear on all the furniture items). The AC was too cold even when you turned it up in degrees. There was no full length mirror. The bathroom has good water pressure but the some of the towels and hand cloths given were stained. As was the bedding. Housekeeping came promptly to charge the sheets and I realized there was no mattress cover on the mattress and no fitted sheet. It was just a series of non fitted sheets tucked in the sides to appear like a fitted sheet. One firm tug of the very thin comforter and you could roll over onto the nasty bare mattress (YUCK). The phone in the room did not work and the front desk was never available by phone you had to walk downstairs. The light fixtures are crooked and the outlets are loose and weak. The balcony door was heavy and hard to open. I will consider the Marriott or another hotel next visit to this area. Although my stay was not bad, the quality of the stay was not par.
